Business people know a great deal about how their business works but have difficulty consistently articulating what they know. The challenge for Business Analysts is how to translate that business knowledge into information which process improvement and IT solutions can be developed. We will discuss a new way of thinking and gathering business knowledge and depicting it so that the information is consumable by everyone: business people, business analysts and IT solution engineers.
