This session introduces new users to the Business Modeling Language (BML) and the functionality and use of the BML W5 Client. We will review a sample project that includes models for all of the BML dimensions – WHAT, WHICH, WHO, WHEN, WHERE, and HOW. Then, we will run several reports - affinity analysis, activity-based costing, and business requirements - to demonstrate the application and re-usability of BML models to model a business better, faster, and cheaper.
