Overview

This course is comprised of BMLTM methods & model formulation, Business Co-Formulation (BCF) and Project Co-Formulation (PCF) methods. Students learn how to use the BusinessGenetics modeling language to create and manipulate business models using the BMLTM W5 Editor software. Students will practice Document Co-Formulation (DCF), a method for converting implicit and explicit organizational knowledge into the BMLTM language, and develop work session facilitator skills for purposes of conducting Facilitated Co-Formulation (FCF) work sessions. Project Co-Formulation, a specific application of the BMLTM methodology to aid in the successful, multi-dimensional and complete definition of any project will also be introduced.

  • Create, store and manipulate business models using BMLTM W5 software
  • Perform Document Co-Formulation (DCF)
  • Conduct Facilitated Co-Formulation (FCF) work sessions
  • Estimate and define a project using BMLTM
